327. Muhi: Generally Temporary – The Innocence of a Child in the Middle of a Religious Divide
What happens when you are a kid in need of medical support from the “enemy state”? What lessons can we learn from Palestinian born Muhi and his way of living in an Israeli hospital? Sharing perspectives on one of my favorite documentaries this year Muhi: Generally Temporary (Muhi: Generalmente Temporal) about a kid trapped in a religious and political conflict and how his life is affected – or not – by it.
Synopsis: For seven years, Muhi, a boy from Gaza, has lived in an Israeli hospital. In a paradoxical situation that divides his world, Muhi has grown up among those considered his enemies. Now his time at the hospital is running out, and his family is faced with critical decisions.
